"Location, location, location! I was right in the heart of Bariloche and able to walk everywhere. I even enjoyed beautiful sunsets from my balcony.
The staff was very friendly and always assisted me with anything I needed.
I loved the breakfasts and especially the charming tea room where they were served each morning.
I felt very safe and well cared for throughout my stay.
Highly recommended for anyone wanting comfort and a perfect location in Bariloche."

"The property is nice, located not far from the city centre.
The staff, was ok, except for the morning staff who was quite pedantic with his responses and had an attitude.
The area of the pool is outside the hotel and there’s no direct access. The floor is the pool area is in a very poor condition and needs significant maintenance (the wood floor is was pretty broken) "

"Initial room we were put in was small, bathroom minuscule and noisy. Next day we asked to be moved and we were moved into better room. Ask for room at back. Parking great. Staff helpful and nice. "
