"Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check. Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around. "I enjoyed my room overall. I would’ve liked my room serviced a bit more though. I had to consistently ask for toilet paper, coffee and tea, and fresh towels. I also had to specifically request (in addition to the make up room sign) for housekeeping to come in. The housekeeper was very nice though. Breakfast was good but I didn’t expect that I’d be limited to one drink and one plate of food off the menu each day. Although the food was good, I was often still hungry after I finished eating....

"No elevator, key wouldn't work, door would not open without pushing it over hump in floor. I noticed only 2 substandard towels, no tables, a tiny TV, and the TV wouldn't work correctly. NO HOT WATER in shower, eventually corrected. No coffee, tea, or water. Water stations in hallway. No extra toilet tissue; had to buy more from 7-11 downstairs. The room was so humid that everything stuck to your body, clothes, sheets, etc. Will not recommend, ever!"
