"Long wait to check in. Aircon in room inefficient. Fridge unplugged. Power point at wall in dangerous state. Safe not working. New one provided but not secured. Only two clothes hangers in wardrobe. Limited vegetarian choice on breakfast menu. Kitchen did produce pancakes and fried eggs on separate occasions on request."

"Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check. Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around. "Too many mosquitoes they bites crazy …. I could not sleep very well"

"The room is clean and the staff are very helpful. We had trouble figuring out how to work the shower and i just called housekeeping and they sent someone to help us. After checking out, I asked them to book me a Grab going to the airport. The hotel is close to SM Aura, it's probably a 5 minute walk. I had a wonderful stay."
