"It was a beautiful hotel and restaurants. The breakfast was very good.lots of good, safe parking. No one spoke English but we're patient with me using my phone translator."

"Villa Verona está bien ubicada en la zona céntrica de Guatemala, las personas que atienden el lugar son muy amables. Respetaron mi reservación y me comunicaron todo. Tienen un restaurante en la terraza pero solo es comida Italiana, caminando está el mercado central, puedes pedir por delivery y hay un supermercado a dos cuadras caminando. Recomendable para hospedaje en pareja o individual, niños no recomendable."

"Fantastic hosts! We actually stayed here twice, the first visit, one night, we arrived with a tire that was leaking air. It went flat overnight, and the host insisted on changing the tire and taking it to a shop for repair, even though it was on a Sunday, and most places were closed. He returned and installed the tire, refusing any payment for tire repair or his time! Nicely decorated property and great interaction even though our Spanish and their English was limited."

"Lamentablemente la habitación que me tocó estaba en muy mal estado, con mucha humedad y por ende mal olor, había incluso telarañas. Había un grupo de huéspedes que estuvieron ingiriendo alcohol hasta altas horas de la noche y estuvieron haciendo escándalo que hacía muy difícil conciliar el sueño."
