"Great little hotel. We own a hotel in Luang Prabang, Laos and also have business in Chiang Mai, Thailand. We make the 12 hour between the two places twice a month. This hotel is our favorite place in Nan. The hotel is small, but extremely clean. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, comfy clean beds. Breakfast is simple and tasty. The WIFi is great. We love it! "Very nice property, BUT what the facility did to us was WRONG! Booked 2 nights , but on day of checked in, front desk said, no room for check in day. Only available the second night. I know what they did, it was a high demand weekend, and so they sold our booking to higher paid customer. They moved us to “ up grade “ facility. Wrong again. Got moved to older facility and further away from our event center. Summary, we only for one night for 2 night’s booking. EXPEDIA PLEASE call me. "
