"Online info to contact hotel direct - very poor.
On arrival, grateful to considerate receptionist for moving two senior guests to a room not requiring stairs.
A microwave and bottle of cold water in the room would be helpful especially when arriving after dining room closed.

"This is basic. For the price we were charged $499 for a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night and then $15 for parking I thought it would have had a bit more wow but it lacked any sort of appeal. Would not stay here again. No view except of roof tops. The stainless steel bins in the ensuite and bathroom were covered in brown spots. Beds were very hard so had very little sleep. Have stayed in much nicer places for a lot less. Definitely not value for money"
