"Excellent decor, lighting and ambiance in lobby. Excellent food both in breakfast area and restaurant. Excellent staff throughout. Room was spacious, nicely furnished and well lit.
Pool area in central courtyard REALLY needs work. Cement floor is very visibly worn, plants are sparse and a little anemic, pool itself needs updating, all of which results in a large focal point space that is uninviting. "The only issue we had was with the height of the toilet. It was so low! I measured it an it was only 15 inches the floor to the top of the seat. This would be a great height if it was an elementary school but not in a hotel with adults. It was the same height as as the waste paper basket! My home toilet is 18 inches from floor to seat. I don’t know if the other rooms have the same toilet height but it was really an issue for my husband and I. It felt dangerous to lower yourself so far down!"

"The rooms have no soundproofing. There was a child running around above our heads from 10:30 to 3 AM and then started again at 6:30. There was no hot water for tea only coffee in the morning. The bathtub was absolutely disgusting."

"Appreciated scrambled eggs, sausage for breakfast. Temperature was perfect. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was easy. Requested extra pillows were brought just a minute after requested. Located by Costco and other shopping."
