"It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. Drinks were the biggest joke. Soft drinks were completely passed, warm, disqusting. There were 3 taps of beer: one at pool bar, one at restaurant...

"I came with my family. Breakfast was quite adequate. The coffee was especially good. Especially the variety of cheeses and scrambled eggs made us happy. It's in a very central location in Golden Sands. It's a 10-minute walk from the Travel Zlatnii Pyasatsi stop. From the airport, you can take bus 409, which runs every half hour, get off at the Travel Zlatnii Pyasatsi stop, and walk 10 minutes to the hotel. "I booked a room with a window and I was given a basement room that stunk of cigarette smoke and two tiny windows (30cms x 30cms) either side of a bulkhead. The windows let in dust and dirt from the street and also cigarette smoke from people smoking outside. When I mentioned that I had booked a room with a window, I was shown a 2/F room that should have been the one I booked but was told that I had to pay an extra 100 bucks. No thank you! "We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely."

"Нам отель очень понравился! Обслуживание, отношение персонала - всё супер! Жили с собаками. доп сборов - нет! Ресторан - в соседнем отеле (всё включено ) - приличный, но в час пик может не хватить тарелок и хотелось разнообразия горячего меню. В номере - нет холодильника, можно взять в аренду, но он нам не потребовался! т.к. фрукты (арбузы, дыни. персики сливы и т. д.) в ресторане всегда в неограниченном количестве! Территория - очень зелёная, красивые клумбы. Рядом с отелем нет шума и дискотек!...
