"Could hear next room talking through the wall as if we had a conversation. Ask to change room and the one they provided had a couple arguing all night until I left early morning. Rooms on the first have very limited channels.
Found hair on my towels, the gym was dirty with no wipes.
I will never go back and wishing you luck if you’re willing to risk."

"The Lobby is the best part. The outside looks like an old building compared to their head quarters sitting beside it. Outside could be less dated. It's 2026 the rooms could use some color and look more contemporary. The lobby looks contemporary not the rooms. Jacuzzi suite, nice Jacuzzi love the mirrors around it. Separate bedroom is great. Please make your rooms more modern and less dark and gloomy. The lady in the restaurant is rude and lack customer service. No I don't accept that the hotel...

"Solo traveler - felt safe outside and inside the hotel. Staff very friendly. Wi-Fi was strong. Room was very clean and modern. Location by the airport was good - Boston Pizza, Jack Astor's, & Scaddabush Italian restaurants. Free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 mins. Drivers were really nice. Left my bags with the hotel after check out and it was easy & safe. Great stay! Would book again."

"I booked two rooms for my family and we had an amazing time. The rooms were bright and clean with a floor to ceiling picture window. The was an L shaped sofa as well as two queen size beds. The television could be adjusted towards the sofa or beds depending where you were watching it. The staff was amazing and compensated us after a small incident - no one hurt thankfully. Centrally located to all the places I needed to visit, and free shuttle service to the airport. I am already planning...
