"The place was quite nice and was surprisingly clean up-to-date and the staff are friendly. Especially after our disappointment of the middle of the night asked to change hotels because the other room or the other building and company elevator was broken."

"The front desk staff were exceptional, especially the girl from Spain. The guy that worked the desk around 10.15pm on Saturday was very helpful. I had an allergic reaction from something I ate from chick fil a and he let my friend come down and see what I needed from the first aid kit. I loved the bed and the pillows very comfortable. I really had a great stay at this hotel. The hot breakfast was good too. Love this hotel. Would definitely go back there."

"Could not understand them. The staff speak another language. I want a refund. I never stayed one night at Shilla."

"Wasn’t able to stay. Booked in Jan and the day before check in was told there was no room. Was not able to cancel and get my money back. trying to decide if it’s worth taking these people to court over $466. Stay away from this place. And make sure you read reviews and research."

"To say that this couple went beyond expectations to make sure that we were safe and comfortable- there are no words. Their home was beautiful, updated, and the coolest place we’ve ever stayed, according to my grandchildren(which is amazing since we had just spent a week in a cabin in the Smokey mountains). If you have the chance book it, it’s an hours drive to many places. Thank you for your service, your hospitality was amazing!"

"My sister and I came the weekend before Thanksgiving to see our 96 year old mother since neither of us could come on the actual holiday. The owners were very good about communicating the arrival and departure procedures. The cottage was very cute and comfortable. The outside was nice with a fire pit and dock you could walk down to. I would highly recommend this cottage, and we would definitely stay there again!!"

"Small 3 bedroom house with 2 bathroom was pleasant. This place came with towels for all guests, and bedding. There were extra blankets if needed. The decor was a little more than I would have liked. Home looked like it was a model home, less decor would give it a more natural look. Cabinets were full of decor. There is no pantry to place food. We stayed in and cook most days. There was plenty of cookware and bakeware. They had a tea box with honey which made my week. There were coffee pods for...
