"We had an excellent time since we got to the property. Everybody was extremely friendly. We had an amazing time at their facilities. The pool was awesome. Staff was very attentive. Beers were extremely cold so we had an amazing time. I would highly recommend anybody looking for an amazing view to go and stay at this place. It’s very close to everything. "The stay was overall enjoyable. The views are great, and the property has wildlife everywhere you look. The best sightings were early in the morning or late at night, when things were quieter and the animals were more active.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly.
Free breakfast was included and was great.
Free guided day tour was also included.
Also did the night tour and would highly recommend it.

"The hotel was lovely but we had a room that faced the road and did not match the one described. I was very disappointed at first. But it was not the hotel's fault at all and they went out of their way to make our stay nice. My suggestion is not to book with Expedia. Go directly to the website of the property and select the appropriate room. "

"Pros; monkeys in the morning, helpful staff, good breakfast, amazing views, good wifi, perfect location for walking to manuel antonio park.
Cons: on a super steep hill, elevators are 3 person max, our bathroom couldve used some maintenance, the "king" bed rooms do NOT have king beds. They are queens turned sideways so our feet hung off the bed all night."
