"El Staff es muy amable y el hotel es muy bonito, pero tuvimos un problema con la habitación, cuando hice la reservación, reservé una habitación con una cama matrimonial y 2 individuales, al llegar a la habitación me doy cuenta que me estaban dando 2 camas matrimoniales, hice el reclamo pero el encargado solo se excusó con que era navidad y estaban llenos, lo cual no me parece bien, porque al final te están dando algo que no pediste, y algo también que pienso que deben de mejorar es que el baño...
