"I loved this hotel. The rooms are quaint, the layout means the cottages are private and quiet. The restaurant overlooks the sea and the food is lovely. The homemade ice cream, that you can watch being made, is delicious (I had avacado and spicy ginger) thick and creamy and the gift shop and being able to watch crafts people writing is just fab. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you. "

"I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! It's super convenient being within walking distance of Alona Beach, McDonald's, and Jollibee. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and friendly whenever I need assistance, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is also ok space, but the sink is a bit big that there is no space to put on your personal stuff. "If you like off the beaten path, this is a good choice. For the most part, staff was understanding and very helpful. Getting in and out of the resort area requires going through a gate and guard. Getting to villa umi requires a walk down the beach, but the staff comes out in force to help with bags. Meals were a little slow but worth the wait. Very clean and staff was very attentive."
