It would likely be comfortable for a few nights if most of your time was out of the room, only because the room is a little tight for space. The bedding and towels were fantastic. "The hotel is within walking distance of much of downtown Dublin. Trinity College is a few blocks away, as is the Temple Bar district. Guiness and The Liberties are less than a mile away. The hotel is unique (look for the portraits). Do get the breakfast, it's excellent and will fuel you for a day of walking and sightseeing. The hotel and rooms are very clean (although the rooms, like many in Europe, are fairly tight) and the staff was most helpful. Would book again next time we're in Dublin."
