"Our experience was terrible and we left after 2 nights. 1. The process of retrieving the key and entering the building was so complicated. We had to go through so many doors and figure out how to open each door. After flying for 10 hours, it seemed like an impossible task to manage. 2. No Airconditioner and no fans in the apartment.
