"The hotel is in a good location, only a bus ride away from Disneyland Paris and about a 20 minute walk from Val D’Europe station and shopping centre. I’d recommend downloading the IDF Mobilités app for ease of getting the RER/bus so you can just tap in and out. I chose to stay in this hotel as I had stayed here when I visited Disneyland Paris in 2016 so knew what to expect. Also make sure you bring a physical bank card, as you need it to check in, for the deposit. The rooms are a good size...

"Where do I began, we was there for an hour early they would allow us to check in. Secondly, they never gave us a tour of the hotel to let us know where everything was at. Third the room we received was the size of a walk in closet; considering I’m supposed to get VIP access. This was a true embarrassment, words cannot describe how disappointed I am with this hotel and I am very upset that you Expedia did not get involve to help me a long time customer. "My wife and I stayed here for one night so that we were close to the airport for the next day's flight.It worked out very well. The hotel was well located, clean, comfortable, quiet (could not tell that we were near an airport) and they had a free shuttle to the airport. The only negative was that an included breakfast would have been nice. But, even without that, we would definitely stay here again."
