The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn in Lima and the customer service at the front was polar opposite than what Margary had to offer. "Was happy with the hotel overall. Location was great, easy walk to 2 stations. Nearby area had eateries and convenient/grocer stores. The breakfast was excellent, the croissants were the best we had eaten at hotels! Thank u for serving bacons too! Overall clean, convenient & great!"

"I was between a 3 and 4 (out of 5) on this place. I liked having the water kettle coffee and tea choices (instant Nescafé) in the room and daily water carafe. The cleaning staff were so kind and worked so hard during the day. The room is small and I’m so glad I asked about the AC because there is ONE button that turns it on- one setting— just on OR off that I did not see - again so glad I asked!! The setting was good for me. No need to buy breakfast (don’t!) there are delicious bakeries on...
