"Unfortunately, my stay has led me to the conclusion that I am unlikely to consider staying at this property again.
We attempted to check in an hour and a half after the posted check-in time, only to be told that the room would not be available for another hour or so. "I booked a room through Expedia, relying on the photos of the hotel and the rooms that they have online; however, due to renovations at the hotel, the types of rooms Expedia is offering are no longer available. The hotel is very clean and has a lovely view of the river, but I was a bit disappointed because I paid for a type of room that the hotel no longer provides."
