"I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friend who wanted to extend their holiday in Zante. The hotel pictures looked suitable - I did not expect a 5 star hotel in a party resort full of young people! The reality of the accommodation did not reflect the pictures advertised by the hotel! "After initial problems with my room I was upgraded to a flat and offered a bottle of wine and a cold platter to make up for the inconvenience. I cannot thank Korinna enough as she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and at home. I had a wonderful stay and would return willingly. The breakfast buffet was the okay, but compared to the other food options around the hotel, it felt a little shy in comparison.
