"I was most impressed with the customer service at The Pearl! The front desk staff was courteous, friendly and respectful. Wait staff, hospitality attendants, and housekeeping were also impressive. The property is well kept and comfortable. The on-site dining was superb and definitely made it hard for me to push away from the table! The pool area was beautiful, covered, and comfortable with plenty of comfortable seating and poolside drink service. Other dining, drink, and entertainment options...

"Nijarya insanı çok rahat. Parasını ödediğim rezervasyonu göremediler. İki saat uğraştım. Hotels.com adresi ile iletişime geçmeye çalıştım olmadı. Yurtdışından iletişim kuramıyorsunuz. Ödediğim odaya kapora bıraktım ertesi gün bakacaklarını söylediler. Sonra 4 gün olan rezervasyonumu 2 gün yapmışsınız dediler. Tamamen rezaletti. Türkiyeden arattırdım hotels.com’u ve 4 günlük konaklamamda 3. Gün olayı çözdüler. Hep stres. ! Bir daha booking dışında rezervasyon yapmam, siz de yapmayın !"
