"Very nice room and very clean. I opted to pay for my stay when I got there and was hit with a $50 refundable fee that I did not know about. When I booked, my total for 1 night was $92, I ended up having to pay $140. I also specifically booked this hotel because they offered continental breakfast. When my husband and I arrived, there was a sign printed out at the front desk saying that breakfast was currently unavailable! If I had known this prior to my stay, I would not have booked this hotel!...

"I had to call for clean towels on the evening of the second day. I had the sign out because we had a late start that day. Gone by 9:00 am. Maybe housekeeping came through early and say the sign.
