"Great breakfast and convenient location to the main train station. Had to use public transport to get to the old town but that was easy. Walk to the other side of the station for food and shopping options. Hotel is very quiet, amazing the difference if you open the windows for a bit. No fridge or safe in room, but other than that it was comfortable and clean."

"駅に近い事が何よりよかったです。オンラインチェックインアプリの翻訳機能が不十分で分かりにくく、何度もやり直して手間取りました。部屋の床や家具などにほこり汚れがあり、衛生的ではなかったです。キッチンで簡単な自炊をしましたが、ケトルはなく、電子レンジで湯を沸かすしかないので注意が必要です。総じて、駅近い事ホテルが第一目的ならおすすめいたします。"

"Charmingly quirky decor, spacious apartments , lovely breakfast and amazing staff. We were so pleased we chose this hotel as our Vienna base. Tram stop right outside and you can catch the cheaper train to the airport as well! Shout out to the staff at the other branch who calmed me down and got me a taxi when a google maps disaster and dead phone made me worried I was going to miss my concert !"

"I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel.
We arrived at around 9:00 AM after a long journey. Since we arrived early, I asked if it would be possible to have breakfast, but my request was refused. I then asked about early check-in and was told to come back after 12:00 PM.
When I returned at 12:30 PM, I was informed that I could check in only if I paid an additional €25 for early check-in, even though the room was clearly already available. While the official check-in time is 3:00...

"Das Zimmer war unzumutbar gestrichen inschwarz und hellblau, die Decke grau. Unter dem Fenster ein Brett mit zwei 50er Jahre roten Stühlen.
Gereinigt wurden die Zimmer nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch!
Das Frühstück wurde jeden Tag schlechter.
Das Zimmer hat höchsten 2 Sterne verdient!
Wir waren sehr enttäuscht!"
