"This hotel claimed to have AC, but the AC was barely working in our rooms. In addition, there was a live bug on our bed and the hotel staff was unable to do anything about it. We suspect it was a bed bug. They did not have a mini fridge in the rooms. The staff was nice, but the hotel is far from full service."

"For the price, terrible hotel. I know everything is costly in Switzerland, but this hotel was way too expensive for what it was. The room smelled like damp mold. No AC. The towels were dirty. The walls and floors looks like they've sustained water damage over the years. There were ants inside the room. No garbage can and the staff didn't pick up the trash either. The best was making so much noise just by changing position... The location is really good, the views are amazing, the staff is really...
