"The property is perfectly located near the McLeod Gang monastery and a short walk to all the outdoor shops. The views from the rooms are stellar, and the staff is so courteous and professional. Sonya, the concierge manager is really fantastic and makes you feel like a special guest at this truly beautiful hotel. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay at WelcomHeritage Natraj was awesome with full marks to the hotel staff on cleanliness and hospitality. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. "Large bathroom with good shower . Very clean room close to eateries and attractions but in a quiet area for a good night’s sleep . Staff helped with securing a driver for sightseeing and transportation. I would stay again next time I go back to Dharamsala."

"Wonderful stay. If you take the rooms on third floor or above you will get amazing view. Very close to Mall road but still very quite and serene. They let us do an early check in at a very reasonable cost and also they upgraded our room. It was bronze they upgraded it to silver. Although even in silver they did not provided tea, coffee sachets. Although kettle was provided. Rest everything was really great."
