Three Star Hotels in Dania Beach

"We arrived at this hotel, completely exhausted after a day of travel. We chose this hotel for their airport transfer and breakfast. Upon arrival, the staff was not very welcoming. Check in was not a smooth process and we had to wait for our Expedia reservation to come through. I felt we were intentionally delayed. When my annoyance had become apparent, (30-45 min) we were finally given a room key. I gave the property a 2 star instead of a one because the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. I have a medical condition and have difficulty getting in a comfortable position. and I found the sofa to be quite comfortable. That is where the positivity ends. We requested a wake up call and airport transport and went to bed. I woke up late on my own because there was no wake up call. I was traveling with my mother and she went downstairs 15 minutes before the transport was requested. I finished getting our things together in a hurry and exited the elevator at the time we had requested. No transport. Waited about 10 min and inquired about it. , and she made some calls and told me they had already left, but the next one was arriving in 15 minutes. "Pool should have been skimmed every morning. There was NO BEACH VIEW! Very misleading pics on website. Staff was wonderful very knowledgeable but just so much the can do. End result paid $1800 to sit by a pool. "
