"Bed very comfortable. Bathroom nice as well. Hallway-bedroom noise is well contained. My two biggest issues were the quality of the food in the casino since on Sunday night the restaurant is CLOSED!!! Secondly, and more frustrating, was finding that they DO NOT run the shuttle to the airport as EXPEDIA AND the person on duty in the early evening suggested. "It was so bad that I don’t have anything to compare it to. Hands down the worst hotel/motel I have EVER stayed at. From the moment we checked in, the people were not helpful and the check in desk was a mile and a half away from the room. When we got to the room, motel doesn’t even give it enough credit. Dirty, small, no amenities. It felt like camping. Fridge was broke, the tv was tiny with no channels. I will NEVER book through Expedia or at this hotel again."

"The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink."

"I paid for a family suite with a king bed and was put in a tiny room with 2 queen beds and was not even offered some kind of a reimbursement, I’m very disappointed and will not be staying again. And to top it all off, they didn’t even have fitted sheets on the be. Also a cup of coffee cost $4.50, it wasn’t even good coffee….."

"Obviously with everything brand new it all looked very nice. The room was nice. It was quiet. The pools were nice and warm. The downsides were there's only one elevator and its on one side of the building and if youre put all the way on the other side its quite a trek. There is a $100 per night incidentals charge and a $30 per night resort fee. "The only reason you're going to this property is to be at the water park. Well the indoor water park facilities are extremely dirty. This places have not been cleaned in a very long time. There are enormous brown spots on bottoms of every pool. The outdoor facilities were much cleaner but that pretty much meant that we were confined to those facilities.
