"Have stayed here here multiple times on travels to Cebu.
It is a decent mid-tier property and extremely convenient to the Ayala Mall which can keep you occupied and fed with so many dining options.
The staff are all extremely happy and pleasant when dealing with you. And several remember me from prior visits.
The buffet meals are good food with many options/selections at each meal. (Breakfast was included in my rate). Room service was a good experience as well.

"I had a very pleasant and affordable stay at Toyoko Inn, especially because of the excellent service at the front desk. "Cleaning staff was excellent - room was cleaned every day with fresh towels supplied daily. Staff was friendly but I would suggest that reception staff get familiar with the surrounding area to advise guests of what and how to get to known destinations. They shouldn’t be saying that they don’t know as they don’t live in the area. "Enjoyed our stay here! The property was in great shape, clean, and the room was very nice. The hotel is attached to the mall so there were a lot of dining and shopping options close by. It is also pretty close to the port and tourist sites around Cebu. Would stay again. "
