"Staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay pleasurable, going out of their way to be helpful. The amenities are clean and well maintained, the buffet lunch world class. It was very convenient having a free chilled water machine on our floor and just down from our room. There's Sky TV with local channels plus YouTube. Ayala Mall is directly across from us, as well as a McDo and a 7-Eleven. There's even a jeepney/ Aircon van terminal there as well, across the street. The swimming...

"Ett bra enkelt hotell som passar bra för en övernattning. Enkla rum som är lite slitna och små kryp till sällskap på toaletten. Men kan inte förvänta så mycket för priset det kostar. Jätte trevlig personal. Toaletten fungerade ej och vi fick ett nytt rum direkt."

"I can’t wait till I am back in the Philippines! This hotel is a home away from home. The staff is always kind, informative, and warm welcoming. The housekeeping are sweet, trust worthy, and hardworking. The resturaunt staff are friendly and work quickly on getting meals to customers. Special shout out to Kaye who will always greet you with a smile and very courteous, she is very dedicated and professional to her job. "Excellent service! The front desk staff is six star, quite good! I have spent my career in the Hospitality and Resort Industry, they were truly top notch. I would hire them in a second! The staff in the restaurant were also excellent, minus the kitchen team at lunch on Sunday Afternoon. The food, a cheese steak sandwich with sweet potato fries, inedible. The bread was so over microwaved you could not bite through it or cut it with a knife, the meat so dry it was almost jerky and the fries...

"Nice hotel, rooms and pool. I wish there were an on-site restaurant and bar. Adjacent mall is convenient only until 9 pm. Breakfast staff excellent. Food pretty good over all. Room service pricey because of no restaurant owned by hotel. Hint, get ice, beer, liquor, etc from mall marketplace. Mini fridge a plus. Bed too soft for me. Very responsive front desk and all cleaning and maintenance staff. Definitely would stay here again. The family suite with semi separate kid room was really helpful."

"Ich war in diesem Hotel schon mehrere Male. Hauptgründe: Großer und tiefer Swimmingpool, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und frei von Ungeziefer, und das ist wunderbar! Die Betten für philippinische Verhältnisse sehr weich. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut, aber sie ist die alte Klimaanlage, die leider sehr laut ist. Hoffentlich wird dies einmal geändert!
