"Initial issue with key, but staff were very apologetic and got it sorted quickly. Resturant for the hotel is just over the road, but again, good service and food was spot on. Room was comfy and quiet, just what is needed after a day at work. "

"Really lovely hotel and we had our dog with us and he loved it too. Very pet friendly, plenty of other dogs staying there. Room was spacious though there were no drawers or shelves to put your stuff in/on. Breakfast was a good mix of fruit and standard breakfast items. Staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze and Gus got a welcome pack. Can’t really think of anything negative to say about this hotel."

"Ideal for staying the night after a concert in Cardiff at the Principality Stadium. Half an hour's drive from the venue, easy parking, very clean and comfortable, and much cheaper than a night in the city."

In light of this the cost of the room was off the scale, however, this is a practice used by all hotels in the area when an event is on. This is by far the most expensive standard hotel room i've booked. £350 for a Sunday with a view over the car park. Breakfast was good with a host to guide you. Front of house communication skills could do with some improvement. Bar staff needed to be taught how to make a pint of...

"A very pleasant stay at The Celtic International... we staayed in two double rooms which were spacious woth a comfy bed and large en-suite. Staff were helpful and the breakfast as an additional was lovely. Decor a little dated but didnt prevent us from having a good stay! "
