"Was told they would try to accommodate our early check in for 2:00 instead of 4:00, they couldn't which was fine but somehow the room wasnt ready until 7:30 p.m. I was told they would call me when it was ready and they never did, I called them... My 5 and 2 year old should have been getting ready for bed. When we got to the room it was filthy and I calles them back 2 times and ended up cleaning the room myself. "My room was not cleaned and not sure why. Other than it, it’s a pleasant stay in this hotel. The best is the location for us as we take two ferries, and the ferry station is right cross street."

"The property was very well maintained and relaxing!! Breakfast was very well attended by all of the staff. Loved the bayside watching the birds. The only thing I would say is it’s missing bar food… bartender was amazing!!!"

"This place hasn’t changed much.. at all actually since I stayed as a kid 20 years ago.
You would think with all the solar panels on multiple roofs of the property they would invest in upgrading some things.
Only reason I gave 3 instead of 2 is the staff were nice."

"We really enjoyed the fire pit and views in the evening. Location was great. The bedding was comfortable. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was convenient for mornings we were on a schedule. Bathroom was small, but we would definitely stay there again."
