"The room was fairly clean(not under beds or desks) Paint was chipping. Extension cords handling everywhere. Pillows were super high and lumpy. Toilet was broken. Stains on towels. Plug in bathtub didn’t work. Fire escape sign hanging by a wire.(snapped off wall) No water pressure. The deadbolt on the door didn’t work. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. "

"It is a clean, lovely hotel and would be our go to except its only restaurant is the attached Dennys...with is trash food. We tried to get room service, but Dennys would only deliver if we paid a delivery fee and tip???? They are IN the hotel, why would they charge? Anyway we go food to go and went down to pick it up but it was absolutely disgusting...they put steamed broccoli loose in the to go box.. So gross. They don't offer a breakfast because they want you to buy breakfast from the Dennys...

"The room was clean and well appointed with a coffee maker and refrigerator. Everything seemed to be new or recently renovated. Access to the hotel is a short walk through the terminal. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were the same. We would definitely stay again!"

"We checked in very late, close to midnight due to our flight, and received a less than warm reception. But after that, everything was great. Breakfast was good and had enough variety. "This hotel is in need of upgrading and could be cleaner. The hotel must have been a lovely place back in the day but has been left to deteriorate both inside and out. The staff do the best they can, however the owner should seriously consider putting some money into fixing, cleaning, and upgrading this hotel and property. All of that being said, the bed was very comfortable, the bed linen lovely and a full breakfast being included was a nice touch."
