"Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. Service was outstanding , specially I would shout out to Youssef, Youness, Jalal and Hicham a big thanks for their service !. Food in the breakfast was delicious but we ordered a dinner...

"Since we were there off season we were the only guests. Got an upgrade to a very nice Deluxe room. Very nice and authentic place. When you arrive the entrance is a bit hidden in an aisle but good signage, you won’t get lost. There is a public parking lot outside the Medina. Just a few minutes walk away. Google maps tries to send you into the Medina, Nice Moroccan breakfast. "

"Excellent accueil de Hassan et de toute son équipe. Amabilité, gentillesse, disponibilité et réactivité sont les qualités de tout le staff.
Hassan a été très compréhensif et très honnête lors de mon check-in car il n'avait aucune trace de ma réservation avec hôtel.com. Il n'avait non plus reçu le paiement que j'avais effectué sur le site le 8 Août.
Hassan qui dirige l'établissement attend le virement des 60 euros pour les 3 nuits où je suis reste6du 22 au 25 septembre.
