Hotel Dekat Muzium Seni 3D di syurga Da Nang

"Very cool interior design of building and room. Had a great view from 8th floor. Location is an easy walk to ocean and in a nice neighbourhood "

"Off the Main Street"

"We had an awesome 7 days at this property. We had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony. Our room looked like a mini apartment. The washer/dryer combo was a plus since we are traveling for 3 weeks. The staff provided the best customer service. We checked out and left an item in the room. A staff member called to inform us and is holding on to the item until we return. I’m beyond satisfied and we will stay here again."

"Everything was wonderful, location, staff' and all around a wonderful stay. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Da Nang."

"Nice stay at the Awaken Danang Hotel. Room was great, spacious clean and lovely sea view. Food at the restaurant on the top floor was quite good and reasonably priced. Nice cocktails too. Breakfast was nice too, just missed a better selection of fruit. Staff was helpful and friendly "

"Such a beautiful place to stay with ocean view and outstanding layout"

"The hotel is new and stylisch with a great pool and wonderful rooftop bar, staff was helpfull and pleasant ,breakfast is really good. The Red Access was from 5pm to 7pm and was just valid for one alcoholic drink and one snack per person. Nevertheless we enormously enyoed the view from our 22nd floor and the provided fruit basket."

"Phòng sạch sẽ, khách sạn đối diện là bãi biển Sơn Trà . Bên cạnh có cả minimart nên rất thuận tiện"

"None"

"The customer service at this hotel was very poor, with a significant language barrier that made communication difficult in what is supposed to be a tourist-friendly place. Staff spoke very limited English, and even basic requests like asking for water became frustrating, as we had to ask multiple times and were told there would be charges. To avoid such hassle, the hotel should provide a dispenser or filter for guests to refill bottles. It was also disappointing that milk was not included with...

"Clean property and convenient location"

"Hotel location is a bit north of where the actions are at My Khe Beach. A good 15-20 mins walk. The view, esp from the pool level, of the beach and Lady Buddha on the slope of Son Tra is great. Room was comfortable and spacious. The bedsheet was a little rough; maybe due to the cotton type and thread count. Towels were fluffy. The room and bathroom were clean. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Although I have fully paid the room via Hotels.com, the hotel wanted a VND 1m deposit on hold...

"Decent but pricey. No change of dates allowed so they gave us spa vouchers which was terrible. "

"A clean beachfront hotel, a nice included breakfast, fantastic staff."
