"They cancelled my booking when I tried to check in because I was traveling with a cat. It was one night. Instead me and my pet slept in the car that night and I got zero money back because the booking was non refundable. These people didn’t even try. I will never trust a “Quality” inn and suites again. They took my money and I had nowhere to stay. Completely unacceptable. "

"Booked two queen bed only to end up with a queen and a pull out couch. I was told when I pointed this out that “ sometimes to booking sights don’t specify. "We had a great stay, quiet, comfortable bed, breakfast has small omlettes but canadian bacon was super thin. But overall jice. We used pool it was heated nicely and had plenty of towels. Only reason I say good stay is our shower drain was clogged and we pulled lots of hair out. And under the silver piece was kindof gross. But overall a good stsy, close to everything by 20 min. "

"We stayed with many families for a youth sporting event, over half of our group had to change rooms because their room was never cleaned from the last visitors. "Terrible experience. Called early about a late check in, after checking in on the Marriott app because for some reason j was not granted a digital key. They said this particular hotel does not allow digital keys until you come to front with id. I asked if it would be a problem to come in late as I expected to be between 12-1 am. They said no problem. I get in around 12:30 and lo and behold they cannot apparently make keys after 12. Was told if I want to go in and out of room or hotel they need...
