"Even though the property is outside of the tourist area, the local bus, line 401, picks up and drops off almost exactly in front of the property. I enjoyed having access to a washing machine and dryer (5€ for a load to wash, 5€ for a load to dry). On my first morning, I had the breakfast at the hostel, however I did not feel like it was worth paying 8€. I’d recommend going to O’Connors bakery, a 5 min walk from the hostel instead. "The property has good hotel standard bedrooms, but the minimum of hotel facilities. That is not a criticism but it means that if you only want good accommodation you're not paying for things you don't need. The front desk is staffed 24 hours. Staff are pleasant and helpful. There is some provision for a small breakfast, although we didn't use that.

"one of the most fun and social hostels i’ve stayed in. staff and guests were so nice and welcoming and they had great services. the location was also great as it’s very central and close to a lot of cool and popular places. i will absolutely stay here again if i find myself back in galway :)"

"This is a student dorm that’s rented when classes are out, but there was construction right outside my ground floor window that started at 3am?!? Windows felt paper thin.
Those units shouldn’t be rented out until that work is done."
