"The room was clean, but poorly designed. We were in our room and could not use the closet or dresser because the doors don't open because the bed was in the way. Our family members stayed in a different room and had a totally different tv then ours and channels. They had a smart tv, and we had a computer screen. "The hotel has a lovely location right by the beach. We had a large and nice room with good air conditioning. However, the bathroom was old and not functioning properly. Low water pressure, the toilet flushing worked very poorly, and there were frequent floods on the floor when we showered (backflow from the drain). We reported it, but nothing happened. "
