"We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious. We especially loved being able to walk right out of our room onto the beach, such a treat. The boxed breakfast was also a nice touch. We appreciated the convenience of having it delivered to our room, and there was a good variety to choose from. While it’s not your typical hot breakfast, it was a great way to start our day. We’ll definitely stay here again!"

"What I liked or really appreciated was how the whole staff greeted my daughter, Annie and me. And even though your hotel is pet friendly, our dog, Kody was welcomed and played with daily. You do not see that at other "pet friendly" hotels. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Staff and hotel were absolutely lovely! Would stay here again, for more days. The beach, beach chairs, gazebo and outdoor eating space and fire pit were just what we needed. The ducks were a nice touch too. The fine sand was perfect for walking and exploring. "

"The staff and location were great! We loved that it was right on the beach. The rooms could use a little touch up paint and updating. Our air conditioning worked but struggled at times. We had to turn it off for a little while because it was emitting a burning smell. Luckily the temps outside weren’t too hot the days we were there. We weren’t fond of the opening between the hot tub and bathroom area. These were minor things and overall we had no complaints regarding the hotel and enjoyed our...

"I would like for the room to be cleaned every day (especially need clean towels and toilet paper) but they did hand out a paper that explained their cleaning so that was very helpful. When I was at the breakfast buffet, there was only one kind of oatmeal. Would be nice to have a variety and also a plain one with some possible additions like raisins and brown sugar."

"This property is attached to the casino, which helps if you like to gamble. The hotel has a few food options available. There is no pool, which would have been a lovely option or a spa. Its location is great, close to Traverse City and downtown. "
