"Not clean, run down with skirting board hanging off walls etc, broken furniture, partial sea view was only from the bedroom window but over a building site for Kora Maresía (a new hotel). You could see a slight glimpse of the sea. The balcony looked onto the car park out the front and the kitchen to a burger shop and diving school.
