"The room was very large and well cleaned. very good wifi connection. Air conditioning was great, good to access several bus stops. Limited breakfast choice and only served from 8-10am. The receptionist was only around up to 5pm. Not friendly. No lift. Overall happy with all the facilities apart from the attitude of the receptionist."

"The only advantage of this property is the proximity to the train station. There is no luggage storage available and no amenities. I texted for help and they never responded to the message. We had a really nice interactive with the cleaner, but the management tried to make us pay for our room again with them despite it being paid already thru Expedia. I would not stay here again."

"Fortunately I picked up a Local SIM card at the train station. There was no one at reception- only a QR code to scan for check-in procedures. And that referred me to the agency where I booked the reservation. There, I did find check-in info. Construction of a subway station near the hotel limited access to restaurants or stores. There was access to an elevated walkway that crossed Central Expressway to the other side and it has elevators. The restaurant, Bistro Weiss, was good."

"A lovely little apartment. Huge bed and beautiful bathroom. The host messaged often to check everything was ok with our stay. Check in process was easy, had to email ID before and then at check in time we were emailed the code to access the room. The only thing that made it look unfinished was the ceiling, it was just concrete slabs. However this didn’t impact our stay."

"It was very clean and nice. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to wherever you want to go. If flying in, take the 100 bus. Easy and 10 min walk from dropoff. Make sure to contact on what’s app before arrival. I did not and had a difficult time getting someone to get me door code. Luckily cleaning staff was available after searching, and made a call for me to get code. That was more difficult than usual. Love the area. Great park nearby. Love. Love. Love."

"The hotel was very dirty. There were both spiders, and cockroaches in the building. The bathroom was very old and dirty and there wasn’t any toilet paper in the toilet. When I asked the receptionist she gave me toilet paper as she explained that it wasn’t her job. I asked also for an Iron and they didn’t have any iron. I chose my own bathroom which was even worse and more dirty"
