"We stayed here for one night.
Our room was on the second floor and at the end of the outside hallway. The room was very quiet. We could sleep with the window open all night and enjoy the fresh air. The view from our room was of the mountains.
The room was very clean and bedding very clean and comfy.
We could walk to downtown Ashland and enjoy the shops, park and restaurants!
Front office staff was friendly and very helpful.

"I know, I know, you get what you pay for but this place was on another level of bad. The night staff was nice. That's the only good thing to report. This place is extremely rundown. We got to our non-smoking room, opened the door and we were hit with the smell of marijuana smoke and sour feet so strong I'd swear the culprit just left. The bedding was clean but the smell permeated everything. I could smell it in the towels the next day. It was bad. The phone is only decoration in our room. It's...

"The most horrid motel I’ve ever stayed. It was so filthy. The staff was so rude. Would never stay here again. Arrived at 1 am after a long travel and it was so noisy outside my room I left by 6am. Turned on the shower and the handle broke off in my hand. Don’t recommend this place at all"

"Pros: Large room, central location, plentiful parking, comfortable beds.
Cons: Pool not open, window faced the parking lot which made it difficult to keep curtains open.
Overall it was a no frills but just fine place to stay in Klamath Falls. If pool were open it would add a star."
