"One of the worst motels I’ve stayed in a long time. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
The lady checking us in was very unhelpful. They require a $50 CASH deposit which is absolutely ridiculous. They could have communicated this to us before we arrived via message on this app but instead had to go to an ATM and get cash out and eat the ATM fee. On top of that we booked a king room. She gave us our keycards and we went to the room to discover a double queen. We returned to the desk to ask...

It is within walking distance to the Louisville Slugger Museum, and the parking garage ($25/night) is conveniently located right next door to the hotel. "Good hotel for the price. Really cheap parking (for Louisville prices) and good location in downtown. It's less than 5 minutes walking to different fast food restaurants. The installations and services are good, well maintained

"Just a couple issues- parking is limited and upon arrival I was given a room that had not been cleaned. BUT! The staff was excellent and took care of the room issue with professionalism and friendliness. The room I was given was spotless. Great hotel, great staff. Breakfast was decent. It was a very good stay and I’d return if I was ever in the area."
