"Fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable beds. We missed not having a small fridge in the room and a little more shelf space on the bathroom. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again. "

"It looks like the business is starting from scratch with this econcierge thing.
I think they need experience to find the correct balance.
I was there for two days, the only rubbish bin in my room was a very small one in the bathroom.
It may work for one night stay but if someone stay few days they may fill up the room with rubbish.
Experience should put these new business niggles right."

"Le personnel est très gentil Les chambres sont charmantes mais un peu sombres et il manque un miroir dans la chambre, une barre dans la salle de bains pour suspendre les linges de bain, et un peu de rangement "

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret.
The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. This neighborhood is walkable although on a hillside, with lots of cute shops and restaurants.
