"A clean, spacious room with a hot tub was great. Breakfast was enough. Not a variety of tea was available. Our room was on the first floor too close to the parked cars in the parking lot, which made it impossible to open the balcony sliding door and use the outside weather. Overall was a good stay"

"This place was not as advertised. There were holes in doors, ripped up carpet, broken light fixtures, and so much more. They are right next to a Motel 6, which looked nicer in every possible way. If we weren’t staying one night, we would have cancelled our reservation."

"It was ok but I thought it came with a private balcony and the fire outside gets turned off at 845 which is rediculous and two of the fire pits ran out of propane and they wouldn’t even replace it, they just said “oh it’s out of gas so you’ll have to sit at the other ones” even though there were many people already at those ones. Not very helpful honestly. Not sure I’d stay there again"

"Somehow our room reservation was switched between our Expedia reservation and checking in from a king upstairs with a view to a queen downstairs by the patio. At least we weren't charged the same rate. There is a bit of noise from people upstairs and the bathroom is teeny w/ no counter space. It's a very basic hotel. Clean enough and very convenient for us. Walking distance to lots of resturants & shops and the diner next door is great for breakfast."

"This place did have a view of the ocean from the third floor, that was a plus! The stairway (3 flights) and handrails were not swept and not clean: spider webs, bird droppings (yes, seagulls make it tough), and trash (not a lot but enough to have to be sure we didn’t slip. The bed was comfortable and clean but the carpet needed shampooing. The draw chains for the blinds were really dirty, kind of gross but the window was spotless to enjoy that view. The shower door made a horrible squealing...
