"Beautiful hotel! The art-filled hallways make you feel like you're walking through a gallery. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We especially appreciated the porcelain mugs and real glassware instead of plastic. Plus, the short walk to the shore is a wonderful bonus!"

"The room was exactly what was described when we were shopping for one. I was here (diff hotel, but wished it was here), two days ago, and it was the perfect day and night for San Simeon’s beaches! Yesterday it was very windy and a bit chilly. Our room had everything we need it to spend our night there. Easy access to the beach, very pleasant walk during the night and day. "Really nice place. More than I expected for a motel. We only spent one night. Our room was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. I especially liked that all the soap, shampoo etc were in refillable dispensers so no waste (throw-away bottles). "

"This place was awesome, with a great view of the ocean, very friendly staff and very close to the Hearst Castle. Very enjoyable place with great amenities, unfortunately we weren't able to use it due to one night stay. great and fun to be there."

"Lovely location, a well kept older motel, yes it needs some work, but you can see they are making improvements and maintaining things. The restaurant prices are high, but comparable with the local restaurants. Check in was fast and flawless, Luis at the front desk was very professional and friendly. "
