"We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast and coffee is perfect in the morning. The rooms were good for our large family (we had two rooms with 3 beds each) and the area is very walkable. It’s about a 14 min walk to the beach (with my slower children) and a 10 min taxi into Chania. There is also a bus to take you to town and some of...

"Le meilleur des 6 hôtels que nous avons faits en Crète, moderne, pas trop gros, superbe piscine et la plage juste à côté. Excellent service et le personnel est accueillant et très aimable. beaucoup d’options de restauration et de boutiques aux alentours. Je recommande cet hôtel plus que n’importe quelle autre, si je retourne en Crète, c’est à cet hôtel que je reviendrai."

"Andreas, the host was great. He let us check in soon, gave us lot of useful information for us on visiting places, local authentic food and drin options (vegan options too). His family is on the premises and takes care of all the apartments in the complex and the whole family is good. He has two dogs he has adopted. While the ilder dog is not so social, the younger one (Hercules) is very social and energetic. We arw already missing Hercules.
