"Shuttle was terrible. My 1,6,8 year old, husband and myself waited an hour for pick up. Called and checked about every 20mins because they would tell us wait another 10 to 20 mins. Got an Uber hour 10 mins later and saw a van full of people and only one person got out to check into this hotel. As soon as we got there they didn't even greet with hospitality the looked down at what they were doing a directed us to a kiosk which this person was also rude (different story for another time) and then...

"Staff suck, roaches, dirty room’s, dirty linens, people that live there permanently are all thieves. That’s why they live there to steal from people passing thru. By the time you realize anything is gone you’re too far to go back if you notice at all. Room doors are broken do not lock. Save the grief pay the 25 bucks and go across 30 to the super 8."

"This place is awful. There is no airport shuttle service, and the amenities are comparable to those of a cheap one-star motel. They only seem to care about making money. The front desk staff was rude. His English was difficult to understand, which made communication frustrating. The property looks like a depressing cheap motel, and I can't understand why it's so expensive. The pricing seems completely arbitrary, and the front desk staff handled pricing in an unprofessional and inconsistent...

"I prepaid through Expedia and the front desk said I didn’t plus they made me do a $50 CASH ONLY deposit. I did get my deposit back but I had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get my money back. I’m guessing they didn’t understand the contract with Expedia."

"Wonderful staff. The room was clean and the AC was cold. The breakfast area was attended nicely . There were several international groups attending FIFA events and I felt they were pleasantly attended to, demonstrating how IHG can serve the traveling public."
