"Breakfast is very traveler friendly and well served, except pancake machine stoped working too often. Room can be a little more clean. Desk top, cabinet top were wiped, but srill sticky from food and drink and some places were pretty dusty. Front desk gentleman who took care of us was very friendly and helpful."

"It was like something out a horror movie. People out their face on drugs, cars smashed up. We never even got out the car. Completely unsafe. We had to book elsewhere."

"My first room had a lot of bugs. I noted it in my initial review with photos included, which prompted the management to switch my room. The second room was cleaner. But I was so paranoid from the first room that I really struggled to sleep. I should note that I had an incredibly positive experience with the shuttle to the airport. It was terrific and on time. Use the motel for parking and shuttle from it. I personally would not stay again."

"They cancelled this reservation with less than 24 hours before the stay, said they would issue and refund but I had to contact Expedia myself to get the refund. I would not recommend this place especially for events at the ATT center. You may or may not have a room. It was difficult to find another option the same day as the event."
