"The staff was good and the property was decent, my problem was with a stopped up toilet that ended up being the main line stopped, I even tried to unstop the toilet with a plunger. "Bahia Bay Resort was a nice secluded and safe location for a quick getaway. There needs to be more than 2 lounge chairs for the property and hair conditioner would be nice besides shampoo and soap. I would also recommend check in to be earlier than 4:00pm especially with there not being many beach activities to do in Key Largo to kill time. Overall if you are looking for something different than a hotel I would recommend this property."

"The hostess/ staff was amazing! Walking the property check in and making sure everyone had their needs met. She even decorated and brought a cupcake for my husband as we were celebrating his birthday. Very thoughtful! Very clean and enjoyable place. Love the quiet no kids, relaxing vibe!
