"You really don’t want my opinion, but since you asked here you go. My room had two bugs in it, and we called the front desk to let them know and they told us on three occasions that they will let the manager know and that something would be done. However, when I checked out, I was told that nothing could be done by them. The manager wasn’t on duty for me to talk to, and that they would just remember and the next time I come it would be better. That was completely unacceptable. I also had to ask...
