"The room we occupied was on the 21st Floor with amazing views over this delightful city. The room was of adequate size but short of storage space for a longer stay.
The staff were very courteous and handled our queries with knowledge and experience. Special mention should be made of Boris who served us in the restaurant and the coffee shop and went far and beyond the norm to ensure our stay was pleasant and our needs were met."

"Very poor experience. No instructions before arrival, no staff on site, and no communication at all during the stay. The room was smaller than advertised and the listing didn ’t even explain which door to use, leaving several guests confused.
The headboards were too low and right under wall plugs, which made the setup uncomfortable and unsafe. Nothing about the stay felt welcoming or properly managed."
