"First there is no elevator. They should make that clear when you book. Second the room they gave us smelled so bad like mold that I didn’t even want to stay but they wouldn’t refund my money. Third there was mold in the fridge, the pool was so cold my kids wouldn’t swim and we had to go down 5 times because our room keys didn’t work. I will never stay at another Wydham ever again. "

"Rooms were filthy, more than one light was not working, outlets not working or missing covers, door deadbolt did not lock, and tv had limited channels. The overall condition felt more like a motel. Very dated. Staff were friendly and helpful however I cannot recommend this hotel, and will NOT be staying here if we travel to the area again. "

"The Staff at this hotel was exceedingly helpful, gracious, professional with a splash of familiarity, like family. The breakfast was good. The dining area was clean neat and organized. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was clean. Kids were enjoying themselves. If we had questions they answered them. Would absolutely 💯 stay again. Parking was simple. "Nice clean room, newly reburbished, and a friendly and helpful check-in person. But check-in took over 30 minutes. The hotel had the reservation, but had not received the payment I made. The problem was supposedly caused by a payment service in Dubai. The clerk told us it was the second time this week that this had happened. In fairness, let me add that I only made the reservation 3 hours before arriving. But a good computer system should have been able to handle that."

"We booked this location three months ago and traveled five hours to be informed there were no rooms available. The Staff person explained it was an overbooked situation as some guests wanted to extend their stay. There was no communication from this IHG property - none!! We ended driving to Findlay to find availability at 1:00AM. I will never book with ANY iHG property EVER again."
