"Excellent location, quiet, but close to the ferry and restaurants. Very clean and nicely equipped room with a balcony overlooking the bay. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a comfortable and safe place to spend a couple of nights in Tobermory."

"To be honest, from the outside this motel looked not well taken care of BUT we were very pleasantly surprised by how clean, comfortable and updated the rooms were. We were very impressed. A great play to stay if you’re looking for something affordable ❤️"

"The owners and staff are very rude.
They followed me to my room and kicked me out when I had friends staying at an another cottage rental down the street. They assumed they were staying with us not hearing us out saying they aren’t saying and kicked us out.
It is so dirty not modern at all.
I will never book there again."

"For a price point of $800 a month there should be a continental bf. Even a pot of coffee on in the lobby would have been nice. There was no staff available for checkout until 10:00 am. No staff at all in the front entrance and lobby. Not good"

"The location of Lions Beach Motel is hard to beat. It was close to everything we wanted to explore, and getting around was quick and easy. The room was clean, and Rohit was a super helpful host who was always available if we needed anything. My only suggestion would be to add air conditioning. We visited during 30°C+ weather, and the room got quite warm. we were sleepless through the night although we were provided with extra fans when asked for.
