"Absolutely would stay again. Check in was easy (as long as you are even slightly tech savvy), room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous. Shower did have a 30 second - 60 second timer, but was no big deal, great for eco-friendliness. Ski storage available, coffee (vending machine), and snacks available on main floor. Quiet stay, with gorgeous views from 360* around the building. About a 10 minute walk out of the main area of town, so would have to be okay with the walk, but there...

"Although the property was older, this just added to the charm for us. We could view the Matterhorn from our bedroom window and this hotel was in the best location of the whole of Zermatt. There is no lift, so alot of stairs with heavy cases. But we were aware and didnt mind the extra fitness. Breakfast was included and much appreciated. Would definately stay again."

"Conveniently located in Zermatt, but then everything in Zermatt is walkable because they allow no vehicle traffic. Quaint, rustic Swiss charm but has everything for a comfortable stay. Daily breakfast was very nice. Staff are extremely attentive. We picked this because it was one of the more economical places to stay in a VERY expensive town. We lacked for nothing but note the rooms are small and there is no elevator. That said, the view from our room was spectacular."

"The most challenging part was the walk from the train station to the hostel. Many stairs and uphill. However, there are taxis available. Staff was extremely accommodating, great breakfasts, comfortable room and super clean, which I love. The kitchen area was spotless, as was the hostel throughout. Can’t say enough good things about the hostel."

"Don’t let any bad reviews discourage you from booking this hotel. Check in experience is in another hotel ONLY 50 steps away. Although furniture is way outdated and carpeted, everything was super clean. Room was super spacious and our room had a private balcony approximately 100 square feet. Train station is a 5 minute walk. Dining and shops all walkable. "

"We had an amazing stay and enjoyed having the windows open with the fresh mountain air and noise of the nearby creek. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location to walk to restaurants, the grocery store, and near the gondola station for mountain adventures. Highly recommend!! "

"Vi var i regionen för en skidresa. Staden Inden ligger perfekt så att man kan inom acceptabel tid kan åka till större och mindre skidanläggningar (Zermatt, Nendaz är cirka 1 timme, Leukerbad är 10 minuter). I Leukerbad finns även flertal termalbad. Mittemot hotellet finns ski-bussenns hållplats, och parkeringen. Rummet vi fick var på översta våningen, det var stor, fin, luftig, nyligen renoverad, fullutrustad, och var perfekt för 4 personer. I köket fanns spis, ugn, raklet, fondue,...
