"The room smells like old building"

"Rooms are VERY small, not the typical Holiday Inn Express. The room size was not noted when booked. No room to walk aroubd the bed, put your luggage, etc. Very disappointing! Best part was its location."

"Negatives: The room I stayed in had a broken AC, someone was supposed to come up and look at it but they never came. Room was 78 degrees and the next day they were able to move me to another room. Bathrooms were cramped, and they did not refill the conditioner so I ran out. The pool is “under construction” but I’m not sure they’re actually working on it. The gym left a lot to be desired, seems like it’s not maintained. No water available though there were 2 dispensers. Some missing weights....

"Upon checking into the hotel, we learned that remodeling was taking place. My issue with this was the remodeling started at 7 am. As a guest on vacation, it was really disappointing to have paid a very large amount of money to stay at this hotel and have been woken up at 7 am. The remodeling was not disclosed at the time of booking or I would have chosen somewhere else to stay. I spoke with several other visitors staying at the hotel and some had moved rooms to try and avoid being woken up too...
