"Great location for dining, shopping, entertainment and bus station. The room was comfortable enough but needed a good clean. Mould in the bathroom, dirty carpets that hadn't seen a vacuum for a long while (there was visible rubbish and bits and pieces on the floor). Very expensive for what was a low budget experience. "

"Helpful staff at the front desk. Good to have a community room with kitchen available, stove, kettle, tv, couches, Needs more utensils for eating meals. Helpful to have tea bags, milk, sugar, toiletries etc at the front desk. Very loud banging of doors that Interrupts sleep. Needs silent closures for doors. Needs clothes/ towel hanger in bathroom. Price is too high for very loud noise with doors banging and an interrupted sleep . "

"The location was good, great view and has a large open space. The maintenance guy was helpful and friendly. It is advertised as a serviced apartment but all they did was take out the rubbish and then not replace the liner. The floors were quite dirty (our white socks very quickly turned dark) The bed was very firm, not what we're used to and we were given 2 double blankets on each bed instead of 1 queen blanket which was strange. "The room was simple, but had everything: a double bed, wardrobe, desk, a chair, severla outlets to use, heating and even a mirror on the wall. The condition of the room was excellent, heating works very well, and the reception staff were very helpful and responsive. The appartements come with a kitchen (shared), with plenty of fridge space, tea and coffee and a big table."
